ABestWeb™ bulletin board and Chat will store a few details about you
whilst you are using the bulletin board. The board administrator takes all
reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized access to the information
is granted.
ABestWeb™
respects privacy of Internet Users and does not collect personally
identifying information without
the Internet User's prior permission.

The bulletin board software will set the following cookies:
- Membername:
This is so
the board can 'remember' your username when using the bulletin board.
- Password:
This is so
you don't have to re-tpye in your password everytime you wish to make
a post or use any of the member only features on the board.
- Last Visit Data:
So that you
can be made aware of any new posts since your last visit, two cookies
are stored.
IP address
When you register and when you make a post on the forums or chat- your IP
address is stored on our server. This protects you as a member and us as a
company when identifying that the user who posted is indeed authentic.
This information will only be used if you misuse any features on the board
or in any dispute. The board administrator is able to ban by IP address
Registration Form
The registration process is designed so that you can keep a unique
identity. There is an option to keep this email address private if you
wish. The bulletin board administrator will take all reasonable measures
to ensure that any information you provide confidentially is kept
confidential. You may change this information at any time by editing your
profile.
Postings
The board administrator(s) cannot be held responsible for the content of
posted messages on the forums.

Infopop.com being the authors of this Bulletin Board software have taken
all reasonable steps to ensure that there is sufficient security in place
to stop external misuse of any and all information that you provide.
Advertisers
Advertising networks that
serve ads onto ABestWeb™ may
also use their own cookies. We may use from time to time, an outside ad
company to display ads on our site. These ads may contain cookies. While
we use cookies in other parts of our Web site, cookies received with
banner ads are collected by our ad company, and we do not have access to
this information. Some customer data is shared with the advertising
companies.

End-Users (You, the Visitor)
agree that all information that is provided by you or by ABestWeb™ and
or any provider(s) on the forums or chat remain the property of

copyright, in the stories, articles, or other materials including but not
limited to text, images, and other multimedia data, belong exclusively to
ABestWeb™ as part of our services (the "Content").
Restrictions on

End-Users agrees that it
will not copy nor license, sell, transfer, make available or otherwise
distribute the Content to any entity or person. End-Users will use its
best efforts to stop any such copying or distribution immediately after
such use becomes known.
No Warranty

"AS IS". ABestWeb™ DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, express
or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties or
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, relating to this
agreement, the content and all performance hereunder. ABestWeb™ makes no
warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy or availability of the
content.
Limitation of
Liability
In no event shall
ABestWeb™, it's owners, administrator(s), moderators or its information
providers be liable to any End-User or any other person or entity for any
direct, indirect, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including
lost profits, arising under this Agreement or from performance hereunder
based in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Whether or
not they or it had any knowledge, actual or constructive, that such
damages might be incurred.
Indemnification
End-User shall indemnify and hold harmless ABestWeb™, it's
administrator(s), moderators and its information providers against any
claim, damages, loss, liability or expense, including attorneys fees,
arising out of End-User's user of the Content in any way contrary to this
Agreement.

Agreement
The rights and limitations
in this privacy policy are for the benefit of ABestWeb™ pursuant to the ABestWeb™
rules.
Children's
Guidelines (COPPA)
Children are not allowed!
Policy Changes
ABestWeb™ may find it necessary or be legally obligated to update this
Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this site.
Except as otherwise required by law, modifications to this Privacy Policy
will not affect the privacy of data collected by ABestWeb™prior to the
effective date of the policy change.
