1. BanneradXchange™ does not accept adult content sites. Advertising banners and web sites must not contain nudity, partial nudity (bathing suits included), violence, vulgar language, or links to adult sites. In addition, advertising banners cannot link to an adult content site. Other Web Sites that are not accepted; i. Non-English language web sites. ii. Alcohol and tobacco related web sites. iii. Web sites engaged in the promotion of illegal substances or activities. iv. Web sites that contain racial, ethnic, political, or otherwise objectionable content. 2. Participants who decide to generate free advertising by placing an BanneradXchange™ banner on their page(s) agree to use the full BanneradXchange™ provided HTML code for displaying banner ads not more than once on a single page. Modifications can be made to justify your banner, change text color, change text size, or change text font. In addition, all BanneradXchange™ banners must be placed on a page such that a majority of people visiting that page will notice the banner. 3. Participants who decide to generate free advertising by placing an BanneradXchange™ banner on their page(s) agree to not artificially inflate traffic counts using a program (including scripts), device, or other means. Excessive page reloading or any other abuse of our system could result in legal action. 4. Participants who decide to generate free advertising by placing an BanneradXchange™ banner on their page(s) must maintain at least a .4% click-thru percentage to receive our 1:2 credit rate. If your site maintains a click-thru percentage less than 0.4%, your credit rate may be adjusted. 5. Click-thru rewards will be issued for unique click-thrus from your web site on a banner. Clicking on a banner more than one time will generate only one reward per user session. Click-thrus are monitored and audited on a regular basis. Click-thrus reward payment is in advertising credits. 6. Banner appearance must not be overly distracting to the web surfer. Banners with excessive animation and/or poor banner quality will not be accepted. 7. All account information will remain confidential. 8. All sites are reviewed and may be terminated at any time. 9. Banners are reviewed by our staff for content and appearance. BanneradXchange™ staff can refuse a banner for any reason. Members who refuse to change the banner/media content will have their account terminated and/or suspended. 10. BanneradXchange™ does not make any guarantees regarding dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of our service. BanneradXchange™ cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from use of our service. 11. BanneradXchange™ administrators reserve the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
