Forget that he has questionable "things" in his history......

BUT ....

HOLY CRAP BATMAN .......

This MJ memorial is something else.....

I've wiped away more than a tear or two...

The guy was a REALLY GREAT ENTERTAINER ....

To hear some fantastic voices ( Mariah, Usher, Stevie, Lionel, his brothers.. plus ) try to imitate his voice and come up WAY short in amazing.

I was dreading today.

All MJ. -

All Day. -

All Cable Networks. -

But here I am, humming MJ tunes in my head and watching it LIVE on Fox.

A day I will remember through my soon to be Alzheimers diseased brain for a life-time.

I know there will be a lot of critics, but I thought it was a touching tribute to a creative man that touched a lot of lives and influenced a generation.

My TV signal went out due to a storm and I missed what she said.

It was very short, but her little 4 foot frame came to the podium, overlooking her Daddy's gold colored coffin and .. gonna tear up .. told the world how much she loved him and will miss him, with many hands from family plus, wanting to hold her during what must have been an extremely hard time for her.

HEART-BREAKING.

Very Real!

I'm the same boat you are, Jimmy. I have spent all week saying, "Okay, so he was truly an entertainment/musical great. But ENOUGH already."

And I actually left the TV off most of the day, then turned it on just as Mariah Carey started her song. Was captivated by it the next few hours.

Cried like a baby in several places.

Truly was a fitting tribute, and he truly had a tremendous impact on many lives. I feel a bit better about the man and his legacy, now.

My best wishes and prayers are with his family, especially his kids. They're going to be in the center of a great estate debate/battleground now. That part's really sad.

But let me say again -- that was a tremendous tribute memorial service. Wow!

Wow, MJ had such an incredible impact in my life on a personal level. I can't imagine where I would be without his influence on me.

Yah, right. Enough already. People certainly are arse backwards when it comes to whom they idolize and worship.

We're done with this. There are varying opinions about the man, but his undeniable talent and it's impact on the world was memorialized yesterday and his family mourned the passing of a father, a son, and a brother.
