i used to add few drops of lemon & i used a real leaves of green tea not that which comes in a tea bag foam..simply the chines style green tea & i took it thrice a day.
& i controlled my food intakes... had small portions after 3 hrs break usually spent myself on fruits & vegis, white meat mostly fish & bran bread along with that i did 40 minutes running daily & lots of water to drink.
it really works.. just try to cut down carbohydrates in your daily diet
little bit concentration can make you healthy lolz
