MTLservers.com is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to startup a new program for the company. The company has spent nearly 1 year tweaking its new service & is looking for a candidate that is willing to grow with the brand.

Duties will include:

- Identifying and recruiting new affiliates
- Activating new and/or inactive affiliates
- Maintaining stimulating relationships with affiliates
- Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions
- Reporting for affiliate marketing promotions and activity
- Maintaining ongoing communication campaigns
- Keeping affiliates up-to-date on new products and any program enhancements
- Continually motivating affiliates to perform better
- Keeping track of affiliate sales and paying affiliates in a timely manner
- Monitoring and reporting on competitors' affiliate campaigns and promotions

Qualifications required:

- Three- to four-year bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2-4+ years experience in affiliate marketing.
- Basic HTML, graphics, ecommerce operations
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, highly initiative, enthusiastic, outgoing, flexible and responsive.
- Knowledge in Flash
- Deep understanding of the web hosting, cloud computing industry.

We are still debating between running an in-house program or running through an affiliate network.

In the case of in-house, we expect the Manager to have extensive experience with idevaffiliate.

In the case of affiliate network, we expect the Manager to have knowledge in Google Affiliate Network, LinkShare, SherASale, Commission Junction etc.

Compensation details are to be discussed with candidates privately.
