I'm looking for a great tool to help with Social Media Marketing. What are some alternatives that can get me to a good start?

I'd recommend YouTube, as in create a video and use that as the spearhead of your marketing or the focal discussion point, because a video is much easier to share through social networking sites like Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
