The company I work for is looking to find a lawyer that specializes in the "Amazon" tax issue (Affiliate Nexus Tax). We want to make sure we're complying with each states tax laws and need to maintain monitoring of the upcoming changes in each state. Does anyone have have a list of law offices that specialize in Affiliate Nexus Tax?

Hopefully the post from Galeel will soon be removed - but for anyone seeing it, it is TOTAL MISINFORMATION - NO pending case on this issue has been the subject of a writ or appeal asking for review by the US Supreme Court. The issue of affiliate taxes (and the nexus question) is YEARS away from reaching the US Supreme Court. The statement about Congress is also TOTALLY WRONG.

Me thinks that Galeel is seeking to drop a link and slip it thru the system. A little does not make the spam smell better.
