Greetings all,
I was wondering how some companies that have brick and motar stores all over the US are still able to have there affiliate type of programs going. Example: Bestbuy's Online mall / Rewards site onlinemall.myrewardzone.bestbuy *DOT* com (you need to have a rewards account to see it) They have alot of merchants listed on there who have terminated affiliates in various states due to the nexus law... ---- Is this a valid loophole being a affiliate of another affiliate in a state that doesnt have nexus law or will they get in trouble down the line? Thanks
