Is anyone familiar with the affiliate tax laws as they apply to Massachusetts? Is Massachusetts one of the states that will be adopting these news law(s) that are being adopted to all of the other states I see mentioned here in the forum?
Do these new laws make beginning a new affiliate marketing career cost prohibitive??? What about New Hampshire?? Thanks everyone! GOOD LUCK!!!

Hi WannaBWebGuy. Welcome to Abestweb!
I don't think anyone can predict the future as to what will happen with any of the states. The best thing to do is to prep as if it is going to happen I guess. Keep your eye on the latest tax happenings at Affiliate Advocacy http://affiliateadvocacy.com/ to learn what is happening in other states and what others are doing to deal with it. Also on these subforums here. I have considered going to NH (20 min away from me) so I will be talking to a tax accountant about my options in a couple of weeks. |
