Anybody home @ affiliatefuture?

I signed up and started promoting sites recently. After signing up I didn't get a confirmation email. I had a question, so I clicked on the "contact us" link and filled out the form, upon submitting I received an error message. So I emailed them and didn't get a reply, or even an auto-reply. I've tried several times to get the tracking data to export and nothing happens, it says 15-20 minutes, but we are going on 48 hours now.

Are these types of quirks normal for AF? Despite all this do you guys find that they actually are reliable about payment?

Yes, they pay on time.

Thanks for the info. Does the export feature at ExportProgrammesReport.aspx work most of the time? I am hoping I've just caught them at a bad time.
