I have an Invoice No. 12287157 for amount $ 59.60. and haven't received my payment.

I have completed 'Bank Details'. and contact account managers many times, but never get response.

I think the service in Affiliate Future US section is worst.

I'll have someone from Finance contact you right away. Also, I was out of the office last week for Affiliate Summit West so I apologiz for the delay with your email. I'm still playing catch up with my emails!

Hi Sarah,

I was contacted by Brian Lim about the payment.
He has explain about the delayed and the information is very helpful. He said that he needs to contact the merchant about the commission.
I understand and need waiting about this matter.

But, it has been a week and i haven't received any message about the progress. And, i decided to contact him two days ago, and still there were no response.
Is he has contacting the merchant?

I am very disappointed with the service.
