Hi all,

I am a bit worried about Amazon. It is not that they are a little bit late with their reports. Well, it's just that their proposed fixing schedule seems a bit unrealistic. This is a quote from the Amazon.com annoucement board:

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>
Please note that reports are going to be late for this entire week. Based on current projections, reports for US Associates will be published on the following schedule. Reports for other countries will vary from this schedule by a few hours:

* for Mon 2/24 - by Thu 2/27 3:00 PM Pacific
* for Tue 2/25 - by Fri 2/28 6:00 AM Pacific
* for Wed 2/26 - by Fri 2/28 9:00 PM Pacific
* for Thu 2/27 - by Sat 2/29 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific
* for Fri 2/28 - by Sun 2/30 3:00 AM Pacific
* for Sat 2/29 - by Sun 2/30 6:00 PM Pacific
<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

I guess we will need to check in on February 30th to see how they are doing. I'm thinking, though, that they would be back and running normally until March.

boom!

Thanks for posting that. I've been reloading my Amazon reports page for the past 2 days to see if there is an update. I was really hoping to get stats for the 24th by now, but I guess I will have to wait.

Well, I guess Amazon thinks it's big enough that it can add however many days it wants to to the calendar.

Next year, they're going to shoot for adding a couple of days to the end of November, to increase Holiday sales.

Anyone ready for November 32nd?

Andy

Maybe we could renumber the days of January as December 32nd - 62nd inclusive for a really bumper holiday shopping season.

Are you Crazy?

It's hardly as sophisticated as CJ, but on the other hand you can see what products you're shifting... unless Amazon start to sell "Product Catalog 1" too.
