This time period Arkansas became the 11th state this year to present some kind of legislation trying to association a sales tax collection responsibility for Cyberspace sales.

Sellers can still use click-through affiliates in AR and rebut the click-through nexus presumption by obtaining a written statement from all of the affiliates the seller has an agreement stating that they did not engage in any solicitation in the state on behalf of the seller during the preceding year if the statements were provided and obtained in good faith.
