Yesterday I was infected by SPYDAWN. I removed it but today it re-emerged. The program that I used to remnove it, Netscape, ran and found no problems. It obviously morphed into another form. It has a flashing icon in the toolbar and it sends pop-ups every 5 minutes, advising that I pay $50 to remove it. Does anyone have any knowledge of SPYDAWN?

Terrie, try to keep it all in one thread, it's easier. You have multiple threads on this. 4 that I can see, could be more.
