I actually have TAC plugin set up. "Theme OK" according to TAC. Like Loxly said, the theme itself probably fine, it is the vulnerability that make the theme hackable.

My hosting company has blocked the bad IP in their firewall.

It is almost impossible to completely lock down a server or a website (and they ARE Separate) once and for all. the best efforts still need to be reviewed by a third party to be sure!
