Does anyone know why the RSS feed doesn't work on Chrome? On my logger blog, There's an RSS icon that visitors can click on to subscribe to my blog's RSS feed. When clicked on Chrome, it returns mumble jumble but on IE, I can view the feed as it's intended.

Any thoughts would be great!

I wish I knew the answer. I had someone let me know that was an issue on my blog as well. Please let me know if you find an answer!

Thanks!

Thanks for the link. I tried the test and this is what it said:
This is a valid Atom 1.0 feed.

The crazy thing here is that the link In click on my blog is one that comes with my dynamic view blogger template. It is a blogger RSS link that they provide. You would think that it would work well being their own product.

Now when I click the RSS icon, it works great as it directs to the Feedburner feed!

You're amazing, Bibby. Thanks for posting the solution here. I was using feedburner too, so that was probably part of it. Was away all week in san diego so just seeing this now.Tthanks for your help!

I remember asking about this problem almost 2 years ago - Chrome Problems With Feeds

Just tried one of my Wordpress Blogs, clicked the feed icon (not Feedburner) and it's fine in Firefox, still messed up in Chrome, I get this:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

and a bunch of code

Just tried IE, it's fine there.

I'm happy it worked for you. It was a lot of trial and error, especially with the new Blogger interface.

Trust,
Are you using Wordpress or Blogger? If you're using Blogger, the solution I mentioned in the above post should work. If you're using Wordpress, maybe they have a similar area in your account area.

OK. Maybe I'm still off on this but is there a way in WP to redirect the post feed to another URL? Do you know of a possible alternative URL for your feeds? If so, maybe you can redirect to a workable feed URL.

Very impressive question. But first your feed validated in w3c feed validation. After try in Chrome.
