You could use plugins such as Platinum SEO to change your title and other tags.

Hi JackSprat:

Login to your WP Admin area and go to Settings and then General Settings.
You can change the Title of the site there.

Note, I do self-hosted Wordpress blogs, so if you are on wordpress.com the answer may be different.

If I understand your original question -- go into "Settings > General Settings" and you can change the site title, the tagline, and a wide variety of settings.

Not meaning to discourage you from looking for tutorials, because they are everywhere as suggested above and some are very helpful, but that seems the most direct answer to your question.

I agree. From your Wordpress Dashboard go to Settings > General. You would be able to change your site title there as well as site URL.

hope that helps. Have a good day!

Don't use any purchase plugin
That makes no sense.

"google it", "see youtube".. aren't responses that will help anyone, they are random statements.

The original question has been answered, this thread is now closed.
