I think the video was mis-represented and twisted to make this guys point.
A lot of other factors were in this video that were hidden. Did the people start dancing because of the stupid fat guy ? Or was it because the music started playing ?
Notice no sound in the video
Were people really gathering around a leader ? or were they just piling into the music area because the band came on stage ?
Notice the stage (focus point of the dancing people) was not in the video.
I think the Real Leaders were the concert producers, popular music bands, etc and the fat guy making a fool of himself was just an over eager early arrival.
