Mayfair (formerly CSN) did so even before the bill was signed.

What other merchants are reinstating previously terminated California affiliates?

I submitted a query to Amazon, and got this reply:
Quote:
We're working to relaunch the Amazon.com Associates Program in California as soon as possible. In the next few days, we'll reach out to all affected past Amazon.com Associates with information on how to re-open their accounts.

Oriental Trading Company (GAN) just reinstated CA affiliates.

Would be nice if Amazon got on the ball and let us back in. I've removed several hundred Amazon inks from my site already. Would be nice to be reinstated ASAP but Amazon is getting sales from the remaining links since they all still land on the correct pages, we're just not getting commission so they can take their time without losing. Grrrrrrr.

Overstock never sent out notice or anything - an offer just appeared in the "Pending Offer" section of CJ.

Typo at top: "W"ayfair not "M"ayfair

+1 :-)

Check your CJ "pending offers" list - I just accepted several I wouldn't have seen had AffiliateHound not pointed this out. Thanks Hound! Woof :-)

NEVER MIND - JUST FOUND THE THREAD ON THIS TOPIC - HERE

Has anyone heard from CA merchants, like Amazon or Overstock, or any of them.

I haven't and the accounts remain closed.

I just received an email from B&H Photo. They reinstated me, same affiliate id - and my earnings are still there. They had dropped me as a CA resident, but looks like they are taking CA affiliates back into the fold :-)

Of course, I had just finished finding some replacements - so now I need to work both into my plans...
