If this applies the same way to CO-affiliates, then just incorporating out of state is not enough. Even if you have a "friend's" address to use, since you are still in CO you are still "toast". I guess that is a problem for me now. Amazon makes a good chunk of my business income and if they drop me I need to find a replacement option (Walmart, target, etc.?)
