i can't be the only one seeing that balances aren't updated for the last 36 hrs. - at least i could see new transactions up until midnight last - even if they weren't showing accumulated in the balances - now i can't even be sure about that.

Things are looking pretty sparse here... but I assumed it was pre-Christmas slowdown.

Reading your post, however, now I'm not sure!

I don't look at Quick Stats anymore, just go straight into Commissions - Pending - New.

I'm pretty sure something is up -- Can't imagine things being off 90% between yesterday and today. Up till about a year ago, I think CJ was pretty good at getting some of these outages corrected. Nowadays, they just happen and that's it.

My Balance is accurate, Performance & Transaction reports are also up to date. Only the quick stats on account main shows all zeros.

This is ridiculous. My 7-day EPC is showing as 0 now! That is impossible!! No one from CJ is getting back to me. Anyone else having any problems?

I stopped expecting CJ to keep stats fluid years ago. I log-in every morning to review sales, clicks, and turn down all the junk offers from the day before. As long as that's posting as expected I feed good.

I do run some performance reports a few times a month and some days you can tell it's not going to be productive, so I wait and try the next day.

My biggest concern lately with CJ is getting paid. I don't think they communicate very well with their merchants.

well, they must be tinkering with something - my epc for the last 7 days has just gone bye-bye - now reads N/A - quick stats still stuck from several days ago. makes a body wonder...reminds me of the olden way back days, for any other bodies around here that were there in 2000!!

I noticed the same today, 7 Day EPC N/A. I have been running month to date performance reports and see that moving ahead.

Just had some sales post with event dates ranging from Dec. 1 - Dec. 20 so I wonder if some omissions are being corrected??? If so, it would be a happy surprise that's for sure.

I have been using the Trust recommendation of running a performance report for my merchants rather than trusting the quick stats. They seem to be the same for this week so far.

Well if its any consolation this weeks transactions are matching the posting dates. We extended December transactions for chargeback purposes and they are matching on dates. So I would expect its your merchant and not the network.
