When I got the termination notice on the 4th, I received this reply. BTW, I checked there wasn't any newsletter but there was a terms update on 1/14/11

Due to business changes and economic factors Charlotte Russe is temporarily closing the Charlotte Russe Affiliate program. Effective 02/11/11, we will terminate the relationship with all Charlotte Russe publishers. Please cease in promoting Charlotte Russe immediately and remove all text and banner links by 02/11/11.

We appreciate your participation in this program and in 6 months we hope to re-open the Charlotte Russe affiliate program and re-engage with you. We will keep you informed of any changes as soon as we can. Thank you for your partnership and continued support!

I didn't receive any newletter regarding this "temporarily closing", nor the termination notice. But I went to their CJ interface, the "status" shows (Ends on 11-Feb-2011).

I received an email from them Friday Feb 4th stating the above.

Also I suggest checking the CJ mailboox weekly, every month or so I get termination notices that are not sent to my regular mail address. I got 2 this week!!
