Was it Regular Mail or courier ?
I've received mine by FedEx a week ago.

I've had one lost in the mail. CJ waited a month or so before they would send me a make up check. The original finally arrived 5 months later.
We swtiched to FeDex after trying in vain to get DD set up. Now finally after all these years someone from CJ helped us get the DD working which has made my life a lot easier.
