I think that, since Morpheus apparently redirects free traffic going through to a merchants site into their affiliate program, generating a commission to both Morpheus and CJ from the merchant, and since, apparently, few if any merchants have had this process explained to them, CJ should refund EVERY commission paid to them by merchants for the Morpheus account.

That is, since, as I understand it, traffic that was free to a merchant is now being charged to them as a commission because they joined CJ, they should be reimbursed for that expense.

Am I reading this wrong? Is the free traffic not being redirected into a commissionable sale?

Now, if I am wrong, I apologize ahead of time. This is, in CJ's words, a complex issue.

Any mercvhants out there that feel, perhaps, you've been taken advantage of and would like a refund?

That's how I understand it. Heartily agree and maybe this is the way we have to approach merchants.

Don't forget that the merchant accepted Morpheus into their program. Merchants have the option of not approving parasiteware into their program.

Merchants that set KEEP=NO obviously do not want Morpheus to retain the customer for all of history, until the sun explodes.

Merchants were not notified that joining CJ would turn their free SE traffic into Morpheus commissionable traffic. Morpheus violated the TOS and they were not kicked out of the system, so they are still paying commissions to a TOS violater.

Merchants should be given a complete refund for every Morpheus commission since they joined.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but merchants don't always know they have accepted parasites.
If they auto approve then they can get caught out. Also don't CJ recommend the parasite companies to new merchants?
