In Ebay transaction report, I see "Registration" with $0. What is that?

Initially eBay will credit you with a $0 sale when someone registers.. Then once the user bids on an item eBay will credit you with an active registration and then pay you the amount you are expecting.

sometimes those $0 NEVER turn into $20 (soon to be $12) most of the time they do..

One of the reason for this is that many email services treat EBAY emails as SPAM. Some of those confirmation emails didn't even make to the user's "INBOX".
