They should change their name to reflect the cut in cookie duration:

Half.com -> One-third.com

First, I would like to say that I am glad I found you guys. ALthough I never posted at cj ( I was a luker ) I learned a lot from all of you for which I would like to say thanks.

As to half.com, I was with them a long time and have made quite a little pocket change from them. I think why they dropped their cookie duration is because they will be merged into the eBay site very soon.

In any case, I have dropped them because of their breach of contract.

Take Care,

update from half.com

quote:
John:

We have reduced our cookie duration to 15 days as a result of eBay's change in policy. We have followed suit to be in compliance with our parent company. As such, we have also found that a very, very low percentage of sales come from cookied links over 8 days old.

Just as I thought.
