Not that I'd wish it on anyone, but glad to hear I'm not the only one.

One of my AMs says can't pull her reports either and has heard from a lot of affiliates about not being able to see their numbers.
Well, my eBay sales and leads from yesterday, and some eBay leads from today, have shown up today, but no other merchants. Starting to wonder why reporting would work for one merchant and not others.. maybe I just didn't get any other sales/leads.

As other members said, only batch sales are being reported.

Me neither. I just hope the tracking is still working and it all posts whenever things come online again...

CJ is starting to seem like failing affiliayte network. Maybe they've become too big for their own good.

Maybe they're in need of a wake-up call.

Are going to compensate the publishers for this mess-up?

You have no idea how many missing sales and leads I have... that's so annoying

most likely it's just the reporting that messed up, not the sales tracking itself. and even if it was the tracking, there's 0 chance they would compensate you.

Remember the good old days when Todd Crawford was still with CJ and we'd actually get status updates when things went wrong. Now reporting is down for two days straight and no word at all from them. This is yet another reason why I gave up on CJ a long time ago!

The standard response is:

"Tracking is not affected."

I've been showing impressions but no clicks or sales for 2 days on CJ. I expected a slowdown, but not a total absence of sales.

It's actually gotten worse - now Performance Rports are affected as well - all my impression and click numbers are zero for today.

My CJ performance report is showing zero clicks and zero sales for yesterday. I know I had a sharp increase in the number of clicks for one of my ad campaigns.

I guess I should have shut it down like most of you - a fool and his money are parted.

If you are just spending nickles and dimes on your PPC campaigns right now, stay with it. But if you are spending hundreds per day, you are taking a HUGE risk by trusting CJs tracking. I for one, can not afford taking that risk. ALL of my PPC is paused. If tracking has not been effected, then I will lose out on some sales, but that will be a heck of a lot less than if I keep my PPC ads running and sales never do catch up. You are new to Cj. Don't take unnecessary risks and get burned early on......

My CJ reports are showing no activity for today either.

I think CJ is in complete meltdown. I'm stopping all of my ad campaigns right now.

Another day & still nothing. I hope somebody there is reading this stuff or aware of the problem. Affiliate marketing is a 24/7 business - it doesn't stop on weekends & holidays. I'm concerned because there's no announcement acknowledging the situation when I login.

The point is not of weekends & holidays , i personally feel this is the only time of the year when the sales reach the highest levels and hence these guys are very busy handling them.

This is a bad time for all this to happen - the end of any month is a bad time to go down, but now especially. I am rooting for CJ to get it fixed though ... and I am keeping my links active a while longer ... I guess I like to live dangerously

I don't think they are tracking. I see no evidence of it, whatsoever.

Usually performance/transaction metrics are slow to show up, and if you can't see performance you can see transaction metrics, but the next day you can always see metrics for the previous day.

In this case the previous day's metrics are big fat zeroes. Nothing. Nada. No sales, no clicks, nothing.

And yesterday was one of my busiest days - suddenly it seemed like the whole world was looking for DVD's, my Google clicks went through the roof.

This is totally bush league. Can you imagine Google going down for two days and not saying anything about it? This is becoming very frustrating.
