That's not the issue. CJ has a history of being down sometimes several times a month and sometimes for several hours at a a time. Not being able to access CJ makes it difficult to manage PPC campaigns or access creatives to update our sites.

You should become more familiar with some of the issues here before you start commenting on everything. Had you done so, you would have seen dozens of posts regarding CJ's inaccessibility.

CJ keeps kicking me out, and when it doesn't, I can't get anything to load. Of course, I put aside a few hours this afternoon to update my sites and now I can't pull any links. Seems like that's always my luck. Arghhh!

Haven't seen any reporting updates since 2pm PST. Anybody else?

Update:
Can't seem to run Performance Reports and Transaction Reports appear to be delayed...

I have a handful of sales that posted at 2pm (1400) PST, one (batch) at 6pm (1800) PST and otherwise nothing else since 2pm. I almost always have a number of sales post per hour during Q4 so I hope there is a delay.

No problems getting in or around cj. But last transaction was:

21-Dec-2007 13:02 PST

..hoping it is just a delay in reporting.

the problem for me is that I can't logon while at home and using comcast but when I was at downtown Minneapolis I could login using qwest dsl.

I have 4 computers at home and they're all having trouble on comcast. It's only cj.com and valueclick.com. all other url's work.

Funny thing is that this happened about 3 months ago and CJ told me the issue was with comcast. Comcast is perplexed that only 2 url's don't work. I told them that they must not have had to deal with cj for any issues in their lifetime.

If anyone has or has had this type of issue in the past, please tell me how the issue was resolved. I won't even bother with cj's uncustomer service. They're awful and never helpful, alsways pushing the balme onto others.

Thanks everyone.

I have my last sale showing at 13:00 PST. I assume it is a delay as I typical have few sales per hour. But up until now there is no update on the matter. Was somebody sales feed for 21st of December had been updated correctly??
Thanks,
PL

Hi Nabz,

Don't cry. Everything will be OK... I hope.
Is that the first time your experiencing a CJ delay in reporting? I persoanlly had few delays but this time it is too long...
Maybe we should both cry
