you've just caught CJ at an odd time. the problem should be cleared up soon as they sweep up the debris caused by a major rebuild.

later, you'll be able to join them and gripe along with the rest of us.

I agree, give them a day or two and then try again. If you still can't, comment here again and someone can direct you to their phone number. They have a great support team and will be happy to help you.

Thanks guys for the support. I've been around the affiliate marketing arena for years just not ever to active on here. I have launched and managed mang merchant programs but now I am helping a company getting their own affiliate network off the ground.

Thanks again for the help. I noticed that CJ was doing an upgrade so i just assumed this was part of it, just wanted to verify.

I just got the exact error message today when I tried to register for a new affiliate...

This seems to be a rough upgrade.

We might be needing that support number soon
