Looks like they're trying to secure additional financing to stay in business. Would hate to see them fold. But, it explains why the datafeeds haven't been current.

I just got this article in an e-mail from Ritz

They are making the argument that the web business is independent and that we should keep promoting them? I guess I don't quite understand... Also note that Boater's World is run by Ritz Camera.

Ritz Interactive (RitzCamera.com) and Ritz Camera (brick and mortar stores, and RitzPix.com) are two separately owned companies. Ritz Interactive has a perpetual license to use Ritz's trademarks in e-commerce - http://consusgroup.com/previews/1671129/ .

RitzPix seems to have an affiliate program in CJ, so that's the program to be worried about, and not RitzCamera.com.

As for datafeeds not being current, contact the advertiser. Many times advertisers don't realize something is wrong, and people don't actually complain...
