No sales or reversals from Zappos yet today? Is something broken?
Anyone else seeing any activity?

I see a couple sales, but no reversals. Just sent them an email.

Sometimes the reversals don't go through until very late in the evening.

I had 2 small sales come in after 9PM last night. The past 3 days have been very slow for me.

its 11th & commissions will be locked today, did Zappos really forget reversals this time?

I am not sure, but it seems to me that there might be a day or so grace period for merchants to do reversals. And in as much the 11th falls on a weekend for locking commish's.... who knows. But!! My biggest fear is that Zappos will extend all commssions for 30 days, which means.......

I am trying to recall, but I am old and senile...... but I was thinking there was a time no too terribly long ago where Zappos didn't get there reversals done until the 11th. I know I was in contact with them over this issue as it was occurring. I just can't recall the details.

It's not just Zappos! No commissions have been locked in yet for ANY merchant as far as I can see.

Not to want to cause a stampede, but, I recall the last time this happened, all the transactions got extended, Jack stepped in and the fur flew for a day or so and then CJ finally agreed to lock after the due date. Well, we don't got Jack anymore, we don't got Todd anymore - who do we got??

Sure, CC ... but it's CJ that we are worried about right now, and should be, Abigails points are valid. CJ has our money, some of us make a lot of our money from Zappos through CJ and if these sales get extended, that'd be a very undesirable thing indeed.

My money too. Will the transactions that have been locked be unlocked and have the reversals processed in time for this month's pay cycle? Or will they all be paid out and have reversals charged against future commissions? Will they just extend all transactions until reversals are processed (they are already locked)? I DON'T CARE.

Why care about a merchant that does not answer emails from an affiliate that generates well over a million dollars in sales for them, especially when the subject of those emails was test purchases that did not get tracked?

I gave up on giving a crap about them a long time ago.

I wonder what became of David Elam. (I think that was his name. It has been a while.) He did a great job of representing CJ and explained the nuts and bolts of problems as they occured.

I thought he was very truthful, as well. Then, they got Todd in here spinning stuff.

Let me rephrase that: Has anyone emailed Zappos and got a response to the reversal problem? I have not. I am not getting answers to other emails that I have sent. I do not want to pick on Qiana, but I think maybe she had Jack's job dumped in her lap and now the crap is starting to crumble. When she first assumed the responsibility, whether by choice or otherwise, her responsiveness was good. Who knows, maybe she walked!! By the way, Qiana is a she, right? LOL!! He, she, or whatever!! We need answers!!

I think he left CJ long ago, S ..

She's a She, Airstrip .. lol There is someone else too with zappos . .don't quite remember her name, also looking after affiliates, have her email address at the powerbook back in the office, will send some emails to them and to CJ in the next few hours. I'll keep ya'll posted.

I suppose there is this remote possibility that CJ messed up. I have no clue as to how returns are handled ... but my guess would be through some type of interface between CJ and Zappos.. Sooooo it takes 2 to Tango!!

So is it just a Zappos issue, cause I am not seeing any other reversals, or locks, for that matter. So maybe CJ staff went out partying early on Friday, to send Todd off and forgot to run the script - and they've all been to hung over all weekend to realize it.............could be.
