Ebay question

This might be discussed before. If it is, please post a thread link for me.
In Ebay transaction report, I see "Registration" with $0. What is that?

Initially eBay will credit you with a $0 sale when someone registers.. Then once the user bids on an item eBay will credit you with an active registration and then pay you the amount you are expecting.

Does that user actually activated his ebay account or just filled the application?

One of the reason for this is that many email services treat EBAY emails as SPAM. Some of those confirmation emails didn't even make to the user's "INBOX".
