my2cents - While I disagree that we are the same old same old, I appreciate the constructive feedback. We have tested unbranded banners in the past and found them to have higher click through rates but a much lower conversion rate. From our tests, it seemed like visitors were more likely to buy when they knew where they were going before they got there.
However, I must admit, it's not something we have tested recently as most of our affiliates use text ads and/or download an image of a specific product and link directly to that. I also know that different things work for different people. We will gladly provide some unbranded banners for our affiliates to test and use. I will let you know when they have been uploaded.

We are still around, we had some critical hardware problems on our server and are almost finished restoring everything. Everything will be back up and running shortly.
