This seems to only affect 2 of my sites (out of 13).

If I try to go to the .com, it redirect to mysite.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi. Any sub page or directory gives the default cpanel 404.

Pinging the 2 domains returns the right IP, I can FTP using the domains as the host. I can access the cpanel for the domains. I've setup my emails (and can check them). I've compared the DNZ zones to the others that work, every thing matches there. I'm not sure why it's just these 2 that are doing that. One isnt significant, but the other is.

Any ideas?

I sorted it out. Somehow something in httpd.conf was different for those two.

Httpd.conf can contain a lot of stuff. If you don't mind sharing, the specifics on the variable that was causing the problem may help someone down the road.

Somehow the <VirtualHost ...> for those two was set to the IP of the server instead of the local IP (192...) like the rest. Not sure why since they were all setup at the same time, in the same way.
