Have you ever offered to buy a parked domain? There is a domain that I would like but it was renewed by the owner. It isn't developed and hasn't been for 2 years. How do I make an offer?
At register.com the minimum offer you can make is $200.00. I don't want to spend that much - its not that great but it does go with one of my sites. Any thoughts?
