Last year Web.com bought Register.com. Now they are buying Network Solutions. Does this benefit affiliates? Who's next GoDaddy?

That was tongue-in-cheek and wouldn't think they could go that far without anti-trust alarms going off.

When I managed the Register.com program we had trouble getting affiliates to sell web design which is the focus of Web.com. It was also tough selling domains and hosting against GoDaddy as they offered more white label solutions. I don't know if NetSol is as competitive?

Was your original question targeting affiliates MARKETING affiliate programs for NetSol or in using their services?

My answer was for using their services. Don't do much in promoting services like NetSol because that would be competing with our own white label services we offer.

GoDaddy has such a huge media presence and is tough to compete with. Competing services to GoDaddy, such as NetSol, have to offer something different.

For many who have been in domaining and online for many years, there are some pretty questionable tactics that have been used by the above referenced companies. Personally, I haven't forgiven them...

Yeah, NetSol has always been different from other registrars... They were competing on price lol - their edge was charging $35/yr for .COM while everyone else was charging around $10 +/- .
