 Some of us are spending way too much time at Twitter! I even found myself doing it on the phone in the car!!!
This will be really great, though, out at Vegas so we can list where we are or what others might be interested in. Thanks Brian for mentioning this here.

OK Deb HELP! I have no freaking clue how to set my phone up for numbers let alone text. Good thing I'll be in Vegas tomorrow so Deb can program my phone for me. LOL

Make sure you are on a plan that does not charge you a fortune for text messages. I know with our new Sprint plan it is 10 cents for each outgoing and 15 cents for each incoming. $15 a month and I get unlimited (which I will need next week).

I recently learned... and it was also posted on Jangro.com that...
If you want to send a message to one person directly, you don't have to "Twitter" the whole group .... you can use the following command:
D username message
If you are using the Web Interface instead, you can use their "Direct Message".

Still trying to get this to work on my phone. I keep sending text messages to 40404 but nothing happens. Hope I get it worked out by the weekend.
If not, I will find everyone some how.

Did you get a access code from twitter? You need to enter it in the message area and send to 40404 to activate things.

OK Ok.. I cave! I thought I could resist this "yet another communication channel to maintain". As a result of a little coaxing from Judi M and 7-days, I'm now a Twitter too.
