Oh, and how much do you have to earn to get one? I think i qualify, but i thought i'd ask to make sure.

Form 1099 is required for payments over $600 per year, to individuals, partnerships, and other unincorporated entities.
Jan 31st is the deadline for employers to mail out W-2 and 1099 Statements.

Thanks for the answer on the dollar amount - i definitely qualify then.
I know that they must mail out the forms by Jan. 31. I guess I was just getting a little worried since I haven't received one from Performics (or CJ for that matter) as of yet. Hopefully today or tomorrow I'll get them.

It's feb. 4 and I still haven't received it yet. I'm starting to think that Performics isn't going to send me one.
Has everyone else received their's already? If so, can you let me know when you received it.

I haven't received one from them yet. There always seems to be someone late in getting it out.
I'm giving them another week, then I'll email them for additional information.
