On Monday June 23rd 2008, Provide-Commerce, the parent company of ProFlowers, SecretSpoon and CherryMoonFarms, acquired the assets of RedEnvelope through a bankruptcy auction. As a result of the purchase, all previously owed affiliate commission will be paid in full by July 15, 2008. Commission from February 2008 to May 2008 has been paid in full as of July 9, 2008 and commission due from January 2008 will be paid on July 15, 2008.
We value your partnership and want to assure you that moving forward, all legitimate commission earned through the RedEnvelope affiliate program will be paid in full, and on time each month. Many of you already work with ProFlowers (or other Provide-commerce brands) and know that we consistently pay our affiliates on time and in full. We hope that you will re-activate any programs that have been paused in good faith knowing that we will do the same with RedEnvelope.
