When we run national deals, i.e, deals that can be redeemed either online or in a vast majority of cities in the U.S, we will update the landing page and creative on these banners. So, if you have them on your site, they will automagically update to reflect the national deal. When the deal is over, the banners will revert back to default branding.

To use these banners, simply copy and paste the code provided, and substitute your Commission Junction publisher ID in place of the "CJPID" placeholder:

So now Groupon will be promoting National Companies in both the US & Canada not just the local small companies it started of with (I know you been doing this for some time now with National Deals). These offers are redemable on their Online Websites. Do any of these companies have a current affiliate programs?? Will you signup companies who has an affiliate program??

All Groupon affiliate links have the same landing page.

Yes, the Groupon landing page, which is typically Lansing Deal of the Day | Local Daily Deals from Groupon, dynamically displays whatever market is most relevant to the user based on their geographic location...so if you went to it, it would likely should a different region than if I went to it. I'd see Chicago, you'd see New York, for example.

In regards to the banners in this thread, I change the landing pages on the backend when we have a big national deal. When we do not have a big national deal, they default back to Lansing Deal of the Day | Local Daily Deals from Groupon

I have had one of these banners up on my website for over a week now and haven't seen any changes to the images that are displayed. They seem to be working and I have doubled check that I copied the code correctly. Is something wrong or do they just update this infrequently?

My site is northparkstreet.com and the banner is at the bottom of the right sidebar.

The banner that you have up will only change when we change it. So, unless we're featuring a headline deal through the affiliate channel, that banner will stay as it is. When we get a headline deal that we are promoting, we will change the banner's creative and link to reflect that deal. The last time you should have seen your banner change was March 24.

I need to list local deals offered by groupon based on logged in user locale. I tried custom widget but mot much help.
