I also appreciate the PMA's efforts in filing this suit to seek a federal court ruling on the constitutionality of the law.

I understand why the additional "Internet Tax Freedom Act" argument makes for good PR to counter the misleading "sales tax fairness" assertions by the law's supporters claim. I think it needlessly complicates the case, but I might be mistaken.
