Hello Everyone,

I have had several emails asking me what was coming out in the coming days ... it sure feels great to finally launch inkaffiliate.com

Please note that our program is seamless but still undergoing some updates.... everything is very functional and works well now and we will continue to update the program in the future.

Please note:

You will need to host your template site on A WINDOWS BASED SERVER AND NOTHING ELSE.

Also ... think about getting a hosting plan that includes SSL ... or some type of secure hosting. Remember customers will "never leave your site" by having a secure site you will convey professionalism.

Cheers,

The template site is based off asp ... to that end the template will not work properly unless the site is hosted on a "windows based server".

Hope this helps ...

Cheers,

Ensuring you're wide open for all those security holes that MS takes their own damn time to plug.

There's an ASP module for Apache, isn't there?

This platform is COMPLETELY secure, and also designed with very open code for customizations you as an affiliate might choose to make. It is not based on Outlook...just ASP. No one can get in and screw with your data as that is housed centrally and EXTREMELY secure

We do recommend that it is hosted on a shared SSL windows server (costs $4-$6) but that is for customer satisfaction...

You seem to thing that outlook is the only insecure Microsoft product?

IS your ASP application running on IIS?

If you think ANY platform is COMPLETELY secure, you need to re-think your security strategy.

Are you going to pay me for intrusion attempt services or am I doing this for free?

I'm too busy, but if you're running IIS, sooner or later someone out there will do it for you.

Brian,

I think you shout yourself in the foot once agian... with your ink program....

Knowing most of us are use Unix based hosting, you and your partners created your template in ASP.
requiring most of us to setup something "special" to use your template.

how about telling us how special your ink program is, compared to the other programs out there...
especially the ones here at ABW....

and why we should setup a windows hosting account to promote your program with your template.

Seems to me you set yourself up to fail... or maybe you dont really want us to use the template????

Hey Joe,

Well I personally think affiliates need to look at all the ink programs and make a choice for themself's.

For me it would be a no brainer ... where else can you host your own ink "sales" site and not have to send traffic through cj.com or another third party provider.

That with the fact that you can get set up with shared hosting (which offers ssl) for less than $15 a month is a no brainer.... (for me).

If you as an affiliate are going to work hard to drive traffic ... your going to invest your own time and energy don't you think the time to get set up with a host that will run our platform offsets the ease of use of a regular program?

Also note ... this program pays on three levels ...

5% on the retail price of those you bring in
2.5% of those webmasters they bring in

heck even a third level of 1%

Our programmer who put this together used to work for Mary Kay ... so he is used to this type of tracking. Please note this is not a mlm program ... just think of it as "icying on the cake".

Cheers,

Joe~
I'm Paul, a principal of the ink platform.

There are MANY ways this platform beats ALL ink affiliate programs.

1) You own the customers, no cookies ever, no parasites, no third parties.
2) Approximately 35% commission at MSRP...with many of the biggest sellers over 40%...WHICH is HUGE!!!
3) You set your own retail prices vs. a low base cost.
4) Weekly Pay Outs, and Pay Outs on Demand
5) WE WILL BE OFFERING FREE HOSTING SOON!!
(Right now we can recommend SSL hosting at about $6)
6) Open Code for customization

AND...We listen to your feedback/ wish lists...
No question, this is the only way to go on INK!!

Please feel free to e-mail me or Brian any questions!!

Let me know when free hosting is available. I am not setting up a hosting account just for this program, no matter how good it is ...

We are still working on the free hosting.
There are some spamming risks we are trying to manage though...this will take a little time. For those of you that have ink volume now, we could probably work out something to re-imburse...

Stay tuned
