Lurking Newbie

Hi all. I'm just researching the whole affiliate market right now. Maybe someday I'll have read enough to actually make the attempt.

I must say that I've only logged in today and there is a TON of information in the forums....I'm a quick learner and hope I can turn my love of dogs into a way to make a few extra bucks.

I'll apologize in advance for something stupid I'll ask later...lol

!
There's no way to avoid asking a stupid question at least once, we've all done it, but we try not to do it over and over, lol! Diving in is the only way. There's no way to line up your duckys all in a row and make sure everything is hunky dory.

The real knowledge is gained from your experience, finding your own voice and what works or not for you, not someone else. Best to you!

Just wanted to say that I signed up for CJ..did a TON more reading and research...and actually added some links on a site that I already had...(that I wasn't planning on even using for this!!)...

I was especially excited to see that there was even a click on one of the links yesterday..

I'm off and running....

Hi KnickKnacks,
well done with your blog. I suggest you split the niche of 'dogs' into several subniches e.g. 'dog training' and create a site for each of them. Keep posting articles frequently to each blog and try to become a niche authority by helping others on dog related forums. Signup with multiple networks and merchants and find which performs best for you.
You could write an e-book later, an promote it through an affiliate program

Good Luck

Welcome to ABW! Just don't try to digest too much at one time here. We've had other new members end up in the hospital from trying to take it all in during one session (J/K)
