Hello, i am young, brand new to the industry and need to prove myself to my company FAST to hold my position. Hoping to get some tips on how to find affiliates and promote our program. It's a great program with tremendous payouts, actually the highest in the category i'm in, but i'm lost as to how to find good affiliates. I'm thrown into this blind but i'm a quick learner. any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

First of all... Thank you for the help. i'm going to get to work on that asap. Also, you guys are quick! I posted like 5 minutes before you replied. Thanks again. Me continuing college basically depends on my success in our affiliate program, so i appreciate the help.
