Great FTC Post - in English!
Social Media Examiner is a blog I follow regularly and it is a leader in social media strategies and education. Recently, they wrote a blog post about the FTC Disclosure regulations. I have no idea what prompted this post - maybe they just needed something to fill an editorial calendar spot. BUT, the article is well written, provides great background information and is overall spot on (trust me, I've done extensive research on this myself!).

Hey Patrick, Thanks for sharing the post! The faster we can get everyone caught up to speed on this the better! I talked with several new affiliates at the summit who had never heard about the whole FTC issue and compliance.

I agree - Although merchants are at risk here, affiliates are too and they need to realize it. While the FTC doesn't give clear or the best regulations, they are regulations none-the-less.
