Louisiana introduced an affiliate nexus tax bill yesterday.
If you are a Louisiana affiliate marketer – we need your help to fight this legislation. The only way we can beat this is with the help of in-state affiliate marketers – legislators will listen to you! Here is more information on how to get involved. This was a bit of misinformation. The House passed the bill and now there's activity, which was covered in another post.
