States with pending affiliate sales tax bills - Arizona
Just read an article California Scheming via Internet Retailer that shows a flag of the US with several states marked: States with pending affiliate sales tax bills. Massachusetts is marked as one. Does anyone have news on pending legislation in Massachusetts? |

The two pending bills that I know of there are H1731 and SB1554
They were referred to the Join Committee on Revenue in the spring of this year and I haven't seen anything else scheduled on them hearing-wise for some time. Since their formal legislative session ends in the middle of November, I expect we'll probably see some sort of activity on them between now and then.
