I received an application from this loyalty affiliate in CJ and reached out to them. In an email response they mentioned:

We are a customer loyalty company that utilizes proprietary software to reward our cardholders for purchases at member merchants.

I wrote back a reponse asking for an explaination of how their software works and gave them an overview on parasites. David called me and we discussed loyalty programs, parasites and downloads. By mentioning software he means internal reporting that matches commissions to member purchases for their internal database. They do not utilize downloads, toolbars, etc. I recommended that he reword it to "internal tracking" which could help them get accepted to more programs.

This is a start-up in Oklahoma and are hoping to take their program national, I gave them my approval and accepted their application. Every thing seems above board and McAfee Site Advisor gave them a green light.
