What's the board opinion on copying images from merhant sites? I want to have pictures of what I'm linking to and they are not supplied....

Yes, I have contacted, but no replies, so I'm inclined to go ahead anyway, what harm can it do?

I do it sometimes. I don't link from their server, though, just copy them to my own domain and link from there.

So far nobody's complained.

I also do it.

I figure as long as I'm promoting their products with their images, there's no reason for them to disapprove.
