I've decided to start using the little guys and need two designed to start. I want 2 Favicons for each of 2 web sites (4 total), both with 256 color, 32x32 and 16x16 pixel designs. Upon delivery, I want to have the option of one set of revisions at no additional charge.

Does anyone have a good resource for this for under $100? Yeah, I know, I'm cheap. But I'm not easy.

Cheap?? You're not cheap for wanting that for done for under $100
I know people who get complete websites done for cheaper than that

Hi Ray. There is a favicon maker that you can download. It's not hard to do and its free!!

Do a search for favicon and on one of them there is the program.
